- Refund requests will only be accepted on completion of the correct form

2. If PC 1Click Scanner has FIXED ALL THE PROBLEMS IT DIAGNOSED & REPORTED then NO REFUND will be claimable.

However, whether or not Live Person Support is used and whether or not the PC problem(s) are
